A day of Fellowship and Recovery for ANY woman in ANY Twelve Step Recovery program.
Even if your twelve step organization is not represented with a speaker in the event, you are welcome!
Also open to any woman curious about twelve step groups, or any woman who feels she may have a problem with an addiction or a behaviour, and wants to learn more.

This event will be offered in a hybrid format, meaning you can take part in person at our live venue or online via Zoom.
The full program will be happening on site, and for those who are unable to attend in person, the event will be broadcast live on Zoom so you can participate from wherever you are.
There is a registration fee for both in-person AND Zoom attendance. If you plan to join virtually, the Zoom link will be posted here on the website prior to the start of the event, so please check back before the event begins. Pre-paid registrations will be confirmed to permit entry on Zoom. See Registration section below for more info.
Whether you attend "in the rooms" or online, you are warmly welcome to be part of this day of connection, reflection, and recovery.

Costs
Our in person fee goes toward the price of the event venue rental and the full day's catering provided by the venue.
Our Zoom fee covers the cost of a professional Zoom licence needed to host a live event such as this.

The in-person location for the event is the Fortis Angus Bruneau Lecture Theatre (E2006) in the Engineering Building on the Memorial University of Newfoundland (MUN) St. John’s campus. The Fortis Angus Bruneau Lecture Theatre is a spacious lecture hall on the main floor just inside the front door of the building. Just outside the theatre you’ll find plenty of seating and an open area perfect for gathering, eating, and socializing before and after sessions.
PARKING: free parking will be available in the parking garage directly opposite the front door of the Engineering Building.

A full day of catering by Memorial University is included with the price of registration.

Founded in 2021, the Women's Twelve Step Recovery Day has been a growing event in the community. We have moved the event to a larger location, and are proud to include new fellowships within the recovery community this year. Come celebrate our 5th year!
